Building a Swimming Nation
Vanuatu Aquatics Federation is Vanuatu’s recognised national governing body for aquatic sport — affiliated with World Aquatics, VASANOC, and the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission. We deliver free learn-to-swim and water safety programs in rural schools, train local instructors, and develop athletes from community pools to international competition.

Swim Lessons
Want to learn to swim? Our new facility at Stade offers a range of affordable programs. Join our swim lessons designed for all ages and skill levels. Our trained instructors help you build confidence and improve your technique.
Swim Squad
Whether you have your eyes set on the Olympics or just want to get fit, join our Swim Squad. Perfect for those looking to compete and improve their skills in a supportive team environment.
Swim, Splash & Survive
Our Swim, Splash and Survive program teaches essential water safety skills. This initiative ensures everyone can enjoy water activities safely.
Make a splash with your membership today!
To compete in domestic or international swimming events — including National Championships, Oceania Championships, Pacific Games, Commonwealth Games, and the Olympics — swimmers must be registered members of a VAF-affiliated club or submit an independent training plan approved by VAF.
For swimmers: Register directly with VAF to be eligible for domestic swim meets, national team selection, and to set official Vanuatu records.
For clubs: Communities and organisations looking to establish an aquatic program can apply to VAF for provisional or full club membership.
